Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are generally processed the same working day; others may be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Anime Build is not responsible for delays caused due to courier issues, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- If a customer rejects delivery or the order is returned due to non-availability, incorrect address, or refusal, Anime Build reserves the right to charge applicable costs.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch.
- Any request for change must be communicated immediately after placing the order. While we may try to accommodate such requests, Anime Build shall not be held responsible if changes cannot be made.
